Job Description
Position: Marketing Manager Cum Assistant to GM
Reporting to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up on key management decisions and directives.
• Coordinate with Regional Sales Directors, Branch Managers, and Sales Teams to collect daily, weekly, and monthly business data.
• Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and dashboards
• Monitor business KPIs and highlight performance gaps, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Send regular reminders and follow-up communications to sales and collection teams regarding pending actions and overdue accounts.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, Operations, Business Support, and other departments to obtain required information, reports, and performance data.
• Support management in gathering information for strategic reviews, budgeting, and business planning.
• Ensure accuracy and availability of customer and operational data for management review.
• Maintain confidential records, correspondence, reports, and management documents.
• Draft professional reports, and business communications on behalf of the General Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, business coordination, MIS reporting, or management support roles.
Required Skills
• Strong financial analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to create financial, business dashboards, presentations, and management reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
